AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Trevor Johnson will become the new principal at Claude High School, the district announced during a board meeting Tuesday night.

Johnson leaves Randall High School after 14 years.

He worked a decade as an assistant under Leslie Broadhurst before taking over as head boys basketball coach two years ago.

As head coach, Johnson compiled 46 wins with the Raiders.

The team reached the regional championship and regional semifinals during his tenure.
