AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The Tascosa Rebels picked up the rivalry road win over Palo Duro Saturday by a score of 5-1.
Palo Duro got the scoring action started in the bottom of the first after Bryce Lomeli-Dela Cerda singled initially, but ended up getting an inside the park home run by way of errors.
Tascosa would finally get on the board in the third inning, and would score five consecutive runs.
Braeden Lineman would pick up the win on the mound for Tascosa, striking out five batters in six innings pitched.
Cerda would pick up the loss for Palo Duro, allowing five runs off six hits and striking out three batters in five innings.
