Next up were the boys. Rex Reimer on the wing dished it down low to Jax Richards, who took a few dribbles, spun away from the defense and put it right in the hoop for the first point of the game.

Reimer got a breakaway steal and made a nice behind-the-back pass that found Bilal Ismail right on the block for two points.

Clay Cameron pump-faked and threw it to the opposite wing to Ismail, who gave it up to Richards in the low post. Richards dribbled into the paint and hit a floater for the Sandies.

Cameron found Nolan Barney in the corner. Barney drove baseline and instantly connected with Reimer as he slipped to the basket for a layup.
