CANYON, Texas (KFDA) - Canyon High School’s Jacob Burris and Carson Allen were both named to the Texas High School Coaches Association baseball super elite rosters on Thursday afternoon.
Burris just graduated from Canyon and will be playing at the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith next year as a freshman.
Allen will be a senior at Canyon in the Fall, but has already committed to Tarleton State after he graduates.
Both athletes helped the Eagles become bi-district finalists this past season.
